The Solution For This Problem Is As Follow:

Go To "Run" And Type gpedit.msc

Now

Go To User Configuration>Administrative Templates> Windows Components>Windows Explorer

Click On Windows Explorer

You Will Find The Third Option On The Right Side Of The Screen

"Removes The Folder Option Item From The Tools Menu"

Just Check It If It Is Not Configured Then Change It To Enable By Clicking On It

And After Applying Again Set To Not Configured.

Now Restart The Computer.
